Having a more traditional voice lesson while emphasizing connection to your artistry and staying present in your singing
You’re not looking for technique or interpretation but want to incorporate mindfulness techniques into your singing
You want help navigating your audition anxiety
You’re a teacher and want a consultation about how to implement these practices into your own teaching
Mock practice sessions on an ongoing basis to learn and practice mindfulness tools
Individual sessions to talk and work through particular blocks you may be experiencing
Mock auditions and performances to develop habits and procedures that work to keep you grounded through these particular stresses

Flexible Scheduling
Schedule as you like! Schedule a 45, 60, or 90 minute lesson. Longer lessons are ideal for those students who want to dig really deeply into a Mindfulness Practice or want some support in goal setting and practice techniques for their own, independent time.
You are welcome to reschedule any lesson within a 24 hour window.
Virtual and in-person lessons are available.
